My current fees are $500 / 50 minute session for new patients.

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance companies.  I can however provide you with a monthly statement at your request for your insurance company.  I cannot guarantee you will receive reimbursement.  You may want to check with your insurance carrier before you begin treatment if this option is something you would like to consider.

You can choose to pay either at the time of scheduling using your credit card and my online booking software or in person at the start of each session.  You may also pay in advance of your session via PayPal.

The following forms of payment are accepted: Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal.  If you choose to pay for your appointment when you book it online, the booking program utilizes PayPal.

Appointments can be scheduled, re-scheduled, and cancelled using the Scheduling/Payment link on the top menu bar.

While I prefer a 1 week advance notice, sessions must be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance.  If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or if you do not show for a scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee for the session.  I will not charge you for the cancelled appointment if I am able to fill the appointment with another client.

After booking your intake, Dr. Chesney will e-mail you the intake forms and administrative agreement prior to your first session. Please bring them with you to the intake session.  These forms will provide valuable information for both me and you as part of the intake process and will help orient you to my therapeutic style.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail me to discuss this prior to your first session.
